Very pathetic and bad experience. If you are booking online then keep in Mind that Pics shown are luring but actual condition is different. Rooms are unhygeinic, cockroaches running around, and smelly. If you complain staff will start making excuses. Try to make a video of room hygeine because they will not accept the fact. I wish if we could post video taken here. Stay at your own risk. Our experience after changing two rooms on third floor was same. Only good thing that they agreed on refund for remaining days.
I booked this hotel from Agoda. When I checked in they immediately asked me 900 extra and refused to provide me a room on booking price. It was 11:40 at night and I had my mother with me. They refused to provide an accommodation. I'm going to file case on this hotel.

I mean when we compare it with the price range and the restrictions they put on outside food like swiggy it's not that great. But it's okay. If you are couple you can stay here without worry. It feels safe and classy. The walls of the rooms and bathrooms are old. But the sheets are clean. Overall it was good but they should renovate and reduce the price.
