Had a nice comfortable stay. Rooms are large and bathrooms are clean.Hotel staff at reception is very polite and giving you all the required information and guidance on local places, food, etc. A big thumbs up for that! However, quality of food needs to improve a lot as that simply does not stand up to the rest of the amenities. I found food to be more costly and not of good taste.Theybonkybserve vegetarian options. However lots of food options outside both veg and non veg for your liking.Recommended if you are looking for a comfortable stay and also view the Taj Mahal from your hotel window if you are lucky to have a room on that side!

this hotel is not it's shown in the picture. won't recommend anyone to waste your money. you will find better hotels in the same price. you had to change the room as the one given to us at first was horrible. the fan was making lot of noise, the tab in the wash basin was so loose that it fell down when I turn the knob of the tab, flush was not working, and there was just the pipe hanging and no shower head. we needed to change the room and even the second room was not upto the mark. only because we were trd after a long journey and was only a one night stay we somehow adjusted. Highly not recommended.

Highly Recommended Hotel if you are visiting Taj Mahal. It is only 300 metres from Taj Mahal main gate. Market is nearby. Most important is Hotel Service and Staff which is great. Thanks to Shiva. Room was super clean, spacious and with all facilities needed. Best hotel near Taj Mahal for stay. 5 Star Ratings from our end. Everything was good. No problems faced. Staff is good and helping. Morning Tea was awesome.

Very close to Taj Mahal West Gate, almost 300m. Quick service, Polite and Cooper Staff, Good Restaurant with limited veg items. Rooms were spacious with all necessary amneties. The rooms were maintained too.

The bathroom was very much smelling after entering the room. The space of the room was ok but the bathroom taps were very dirty full with rust . The tray that we have got in the breakfast was very old and dirty the TV remote was not working . For family hotel is safe

There is no lift in the hotel and therefore senior citizens may have difficult time if rooms not allotted ground floor. We had booked 3 rooms in advance despite this the counter clerk did not allot these rooms in a row. He insisted that he would try to allot the rooms on the same floor which was rubbish argument. He was not ready to understand our arguments. Later, with intervention of his senior, rooms were allotted altogether. Rooms are average with unclean linen materials. AC in one room was too noisy and could not be fixed despite complaining. This AC could not be used. Similarly, TV in one room was also not functional. Currently metro construction works are going on in front of the hotel hence noise and dust. Access for cars are also not smooth near hotel.

The hotel is located in a very good location which is walking distance (around 1km) from the Taj Mahal West Gate, 3kms from Agra Fort and same distance towards Sadar bazaar. The staff are very friendly and do give great tips if you are a tourist. The rooms are nice however do need to ensure a little more cleanliness especially the restrooms.

An average accommodation located near Taj Mahal & important attractions. Their rooms & bathroom are basic & need some more hygiene. Receptionist & other staff are helpful & offer good customer service. This hotel is suitable for a night stay only.
