The worst stay experience in my recent past! I stayed there from 22-Nov-23 to 24-Nov-23. (Room No 105) The room was filled with Mosquito. Not enough space to keep your luggage/bags (if you are carrying more than one bag). A tiny washbasin is fitted in one corner of the room. I had to put lots of effort not to spread water in the room. The washroom was pathetic! There's no practice of cleaning the room on a daily basis . Only one staff was available for house keeping. I had asked for an iron box at the time of check in. Since there's no option to hang the clothes, they agreed to get it by next day 7 AM.When I called in the morning, the response was "we have only one iron box which I gave to another guest. I completely forgot your case. Now the guest is out for temple visit. Wait for few hours for the guest to come back". I had no other choice than dropping the idea of getting service from hotel staff. No words to describe the condition of restaurant. Better to skip breakfast than having it from here. If anyone is booking this hotel, please carry below items 1. Mosquito bat (mandatory) 2. Water bottles (they will give only 1 litre of water for the entire duration of your stay) 3. Extra chappal (optional) 4. Iron box (if required) 5. Tissue paper 6. Own set up to hang the clothes 7. Water heater (hot water option is available only in web site, not in reality)

The worst experience I had in my stay on November 26. We were a group of 6 and were two rooms 111 and 113. The linen were dirty. The charges were exorbitant. We paid Rs 7500 for two rooms with little or no amenities at all. For the first time in my life I saw a washbasin inside the room in room number 113. The tea cups had stain marks and even two cups in room 111 had chips and cracks. When lodged a complaint the linen was changed with a torn bed sheet. The restaurant was okay. The only plus point is its location, which is just 700 meters from temple. I will recommend not to stay in this hotel. This would be waste of money.

The location is good. Nearby to the railway station and the temple is almost walkable distance like 700m. The room I booked was a standard AC one, which was clean and tidy. The room is very small, and have no refrigerator and we had some trouble with the power failure which was annoying. Except these it was pleasant. If you get it for a cheap deal then this is a good choice, if ur good by adjusting with the space.

Overall it's decent only , i would say there are pretty good property nearby. Compact room no space for extra matress , I have seen first time extra matress will cost 1200rs even though limited space was there. I would prefer to explore other property in my future visit.

We booked this hotel for our visit to Arulmigu Meenakshi Sundaraswarar Temple. The Good: ----------------- *** Walkable distance to Arulmigu Meenakshi Sundaraswarar Temple *** Rooms are of good size and maintained. *** Good service by the support & front desk staff. I needed some information on the temple and they provided it in detailed. I had like to call it loud as they also did my car wash (Rs 300). *** Vallet parking is available especially if their parking lot is full. *** In house restaurant seating is good but it's small. Definitely cannot accomodate the entire rooms but the food is good. You will find most of the cuisine in here and with good quantity. The Bad/Could be Better: ----------------------------------------- *** Rooms were clean and bedding too but not the sofa. It lacks basic hygiene, has lot of stains and dirt in the corner. I doubt if these are cleaned even on weekly basic. *** I booked it directly by speaking to the executive and was told that the price included the breakfast. I told him I won't need it as I will be during early check-out and he mentioned its include in the price. Since it was we thought to leave after having the breakfast, it starts around 6:30 AM. When I entered I was asked to pay and I was surprised and he mentioned it was not included. I did not had time as we need to eat and leave early so I had to pay Rs 600 for 2 adults and 2 kids. This was not acceptable as they were not truthful to it.

I booked for approximately three days. The rooms exceeded my expectations and were appropriately priced. However, throughout my stay, which lasted three days, there was no room service provided, such as cleaning or changing of bed sheets. The staff at the front desk were notably attentive and well-informed. While I wasn't satisfied with the buffet breakfast menu, their service quality remained commendable.

It's in the prime location and accessible to all major attractions of Madurai, Rooms are neat and clean , and breakfast options are good. They have enough parking available with an ev charging option. Overall its a nice stay experience over here

Hotel is located on a main road, walkable distance from the most revered Goddess Meenakshi temple. Rooms are good and maintained neatly. Room (suite or mini suite) size is average but not sufficient for family. House keeping service is available immediately on call. Counter staff is flexible. Restaurant service is available with a reasonable waiting period. Complimentary breakfast is quite good with a few selected food items. Restricted parking facility, hotel accessibility for the visitors from the road and periodic foul smell in the washroom, probably originating from the neighbourhood are the negative factors.
