The property was good! But rooms had cigarette smell. They must fine guests if they smoke in no-smoker rooms. The property is old.I got a refill of my coffee, milk and sugar in plenty.

We spent just one night at this hotel. Upon entering, we had a positive impression of a charming vintage property. However, our initial perception quickly changed as we encountered unpleasant odors in the elevator and the common corridors. Unfortunately, the unpleasant smell persisted throughout the corridors and in our room. The bed was overly soft, which was not to my liking, although my wife enjoyed it. While the toilet appeared clean, there were a few maintenance issues, such as a loose toilet seat cover that required attention. One had to be cautious when using the toilet seat. Additionally, another problem arose when the wash basin tap was opened, causing water from the basin to splash onto you. Serious Note: We discovered hairs on the bed cover and requested a change, which took nearly 30 minutes. If you are seeking a truly neat and clean property, this may not be the ideal choice. We decided to stay here based on the information that the rooms were clean, but unfortunately, it turned out to be incorrect.

Good clean property. Has a 4 star look. Food is very expensive while the rooms come at a very good price. I didn't find food tasty at all which was a huge disappointment.

Visited President for lunch. It was overly priced buffet (700 plus taxes) considering taste & variety available. Half lights/ACs were switched off & we weren't even allowed to sit at our preferred table due to it. Ambience is dull, staff lacks energy & enthusiasm - none of them looked happy.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff were good and co-operative. My booking was in the executive room but they have upgraded to Presidential suite.The location was good. The hospitality offered was good. The rooms were neat and clean.

Hotel president is located at a good place . Rooms are spacious and decent. Food quality is good. Gym and swimming facilities are available. Staff members are helpful and friendly.

One of the best properties to stay in Jalandhar. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Jalandhar. The rooms are good, staff is well behaved. The food is delicious. All in all its going to be worth your money.

One of the worst experience. Being from customer service industry I can say this was the worst property I ever lived in. Pathetic service. You ask for something and it takes them ages to get it to you. Before that they ignore your request by saying sure we will get it done and it's never done till you finally blast up.Pathetic attitude of staff few of them. Specially F&b. Reception staff do not wish to smile.. It's like they doing you a favour.Asked for in room service during dinner they served us small snacks plates for food. Not even basic food plates. That too without bowls and only 1 spoon and fork. Only the name remains the president. The service the staff are worst then govt style. Rooms are fine. But it makes no difference when the service and attitude is horrible. Please think of going to any other property before choosing this one.
