We only had dinner at this place after many years. The food was okay, but the ambiance changed quite a bit. There were barely any people in the dining area.
Convinent Location. Very supportive staff. Nice food and nice bar . Rooms are clean and spacious. it's last room available in hotel and room washroom TAB was not working. Room cost was 2200+ taxes.

Rooms are ok, But service and food is poor compared to their earlier services. Lot more emphasis has to pay by the management on the service and food quality.
Bad experience. Disrespectful receptionist, no booking process. When you ask at the restaurant what time they open in the morning, they tell you 7. When you come at 7, nothing is ready, no one around. At 8 you still have not received what you ordered at 7:15. Bring your own breakfast. Careful, they are able to bill two different dinners together. Old hotel can be fine with good staff. This is not the case for Presidency.
Worst services..... Unhygenic.... Bad communications...... No booking strategy..... Their manager jot singh is highly unprofessional person..... They booked a hall on different price and later at the time of payment they increased the prices.

Everything is good.. "I go to lunch or dinner weekly with a group of friends. In addition to the really good food, I must say that our waiter today was so kind and patient, as the group tried to decide what they wanted and were talking non-stop. I love dinner there as well.
