At the time of check in we categorically informed at the reception that we will check out at 2 pm next day. However on the next day hotel incharge forced us to check out at 11 am. Highly rude behaviour of the hotel staff. Rooms are stinking of dumpeness, no toilet essentials given. Over and above payment done through card, and no tax GST invoice given. Tax ke choori.

The rooms are very good, there is also a good arrangement for cooling, it is very close to the Golden Temple, it can also be reached on foot.

Not Clean. Bad maintenance. Broken bathroom fittings. Switches were hanging from board.

Very close to main city and budgetary place to stay in. No parking available but near to Multilevel parking.

It's a decent sized property, Placed Very near to main market, easily approachable. But it is poorly managed and maintained. The rooms are partially painted (half wall), walls have spider webs, marks stains here and there, beddings are untidy. When asked to the staff to get ot cleaned, they said "don't look into small details." Dude we are paying for every single minute of our stay. The hotal administration shoud atleast visit their own rooms to atleast ensure basic level of cleanliness. After checking in, we requested for the Toilet cleaning and room cleaning. Spiders are on our bed.

Very rude behaviour of the reception staff. Smell of dampness in the rooms. Dirty toilets.

This was my 2nd visit to the Hotel after COVID-19 Pandemic. I went with my family and my stay was quite bad. It seems there is no renovation since 2-3 years. I forgot to click the pictures. But I would like to share that the walls were quite dirty, bedsheets and beds were stained and seemed to be unhygienic. Bathroom walls were stained and poorly lit. The towels were quite dirty and unwashed. The rooms did not have proper ventilation and the ACs were not working at all. Even the rooms did not have proper space to accommodate 3 people. There were no kettles provided for boiling water and even no water bottles for drinking water. I remember, we took 3 rooms and 1 room had a window opening in shaft and even the water from taps was quite dirty. The experience was quite worst. I won't recommend anyone to choose this hotel for their stay. Only thing I liked is the food that they provided in their cafe. It was quite good. Hotel and room service was not good and hotel was a bit unhygienic.
