In response to the hotel owner/staff's reply on the review by Aisha Jangid, FYI we paid a hefty charge of 840 (for the room) and 130 (for a basic bread butter toast which apparently is included in room charge elsewhere). Moreover, we didn't even get a bill of the same. Coming to the service part - we checked in just for a night stay (for 11 hours) and didn't even get the essential stuff like washroom utilities (not even a soap bar), a dustbin in the room, drinking water (that was also something we ordered in the morning by ourselves), a clean and usable blanket (was that even a blanket?) etc,. Coming to the things we paid for separately - the tea was pathetic (almost left unused), the bread was stale (didn't even have anything else on the menu to offer like a basic Paratha/poha for breakfast), and last but not the least 700 were the room charges told to us and they charged us with 840+130 = 970. My honest review would be either improve the service or better don't expect such hefty sum out of your services.
I was staying regularly here from last 2 years.The hotel having excellent hotel staff or management team . The owner of hotel is a nice person.He also taking responsibilities of guest. I am also happy to saying about tasty meals. The hotel having superior cooking team. Thanks to all Premdeep team members.

Assured services & cleanliness is maintained in & outside the rooms. Also the greenery is maintained at premises by planting green saplings which are increasing the beautifulness of the hotel.

Rooms were quite spacious. The room service was prompt and the management tended to all the requests instantly. Location is quite good as its near to railway station and National Highway. Overall, a good place for decent wedding.
