Very bad experience... Rooms are not clean even they don't havi lock keys such very bad Rooms are so dirty and not good service for hotel staap not working for AC

I stayed in the hotel between 11th March to 14th March for friend wedding purpose. The only reason i booked the rooms here that the wedding location is nearby and will be easier for local conveyance.I personally rate this property 2 Star. The rooms shown in the goibibo and the rooms given were totally different. All rooms are in small size with no space to walk or seat beside bed.The hotel staff and the facilities were too slow and most of the things like cleanning, restaurant, privacy etc not avilable.Some drunked people were knocked our door in the middle of the night and the hotel staff were sleeping.No body is receiving intercom call in the night.Everywere Rats are roaming even in the restaurant and rooms.Location wise it is very crowded place near to sikandra chowk. The only advantage is that you can get autos even in the night. and secondly you can bargain for room rent.not recommended for family stay.overall bad experience.

This hotel is best in area the service is very good and staff is also very cooperative the rooms are fantastic the food is also very good

Worst hotel ever booked in my life. No facilities, no food on time, dirty rooms, had to ask for 5 times for a towel. Wish i could have rated this hotel in negative. please please please do not waste your hard earned money staying in this hotel.

Terrible! Is a small word for the experience with this hotel.1. In your absence they will open your room take bath and use your stuff like face wash, deodorants etc. Example: Image 1 depicts how they used and left my facewash in the basin . 2. Another image shows how their tv works, I stayed there for two days and asked them 10-15 times but they kept on saying please give us 30 minutes and this continued till i checked out.3. I ordered tea in the morning kept on waiting, followed up on call , went downstairs asked them personally for the tea after 4-5hrs they served. Similar was the case with water bottles 4. Switch sockets were not functional.5. I tried all ways to cancel my booking ( as i prepaid all amount ) but although it is mentioned that if you cancel your booking some amount will pe deducted as a penalty but they have a zero refund policy , So guess what you cannot even cancel your bookings

The staff is average. The location is good. Rooms are small and are also not fully maintained (check your intercom phone, room lock and AC working before check-in). Room service may be annoying to you. The inside menu is very costly. Ask the bill for your bed tea and breakfast (the counter guy has a habit of overcharging). We ordered 5 tea; 1 coffee; 4 Paneer paratha; 2 Aloo paratha; 2 maggi and our total bill he charged was Rs. 900/- So expensive. Beware while booking you go for the AC room and finally your non-AC room book confirmation will be done at the AC room price and if you wish to get the AC room again you have to pay additional charges. 600 Rs. Although it is safe for the family, I found the owner quite a decent fellow.
