Never expected such hotel for 3 star rating. Hope this review bring some change and help future guests rooms not cleaned when we arrived, had to call room boy many times. Staff not cooperative, we reached by evening and wanted hot water bath, receptionist kept saying hot water will come after 30min, eventually we learnt hot water available only in morning. AC not working at all, hot water is like Luke warm. They lie. Plus bed sheet and pillow covers are torn, wanted to change they said not in stock. Hope this review being some change and improve their service. Only good point is hotel 10min walk-in distance to temple

Location wise it's a nice option if you're in Madurai. It's in walkable distance from Madurai Meenakshi Temple. You'll get autos also, but they'll charge high price. Also there're nice restaurants nearby. There's a Chennai silks just opposite. Hotel looks good from outside. Looks like they've recently renovated it. But bathrooms were not cleaned. Buckets were dirty. We'd to ask for replacement. Staff will ask u tip for everything. Taking luggage, cleaning, when parking, when leaving. But they're kinda old people. And we've booked room for 3 people, they gave us a room with 2 single beds that too was not even enough for a single person.

Hygiene and Service is absolutely Faked. If you are looking for clean and Hygienic stay then please do not prefer to stay here the bedsheets had spots, found pillows with hair, the loo especially seemed like it wasn't cleaned at all. The Service is too slow or nil services provided at times, the room telephone doesn't workz if it does noone answers. After multiple requests to the reception there's minimal or no effort showed... The staff especially the receptionists are unhospitable...

This hotel is located in a prime location nearby to railway station and also nearby to Meenakshi temple which is 5 minutes wakable distance. Hotel has a bar and tourist arrangements. Two excellent veg hotels are within 2 min waking distance.

Great location, close to railway station and temple. However, rooms need serious maintenance. Bathroom fittings are broken/loose, buckets dirty, bed sheets dirty and pillow covers torn, walls shabby...

Rooms were not clean and pillow covers and bedsheets were stingy. There was an unknown odur spreading out of the rest room inside the cabin.

One of the best hotels in madurai. The railway station is just within walking distance and there are various food shops nearby. The outer look was too good and they also have car parking. Rooms were maintained awesome I must give 5 to that and the bathrooms were maintained clean and clear. The quality of the bed and sofa were good and the service person was good and friendly. I found a couple of bugs roaming in the room I was staying..not sure why..other than that everything at this location were good and neat. We can also visit the top floor of the hotel (7th) and have the view of madurai and also the meenakshi Amman temple, it looks awesome at sunrise.

Good location..Very near to Periyar Bus stand and Railway station..Rooms and Bathrooms are very old and need maintenance.. Restaurants are available nearby for food...
