Very poor maintenance. Had to change room three times in three hours. The kitchen staff was very disgusting. The were all shouting about order and delivery of food till 2 am at night. Due to that we could not sleep properly. In the morning, breakfast was not ready till 8. The serving area was very unhygienic. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
This Hotel is very prominently located on National Highway - 4 NH-4 .. very close to it. However it is little bit far away from City which would require private transport options. Regarding rooms, they are luxorious and very well maintained. Price range is little bit above medium level. Corporate level personnel regularly visits and use this hotel. Conference cum Banquet Hall is also fantastic. so in and all very good place to stay.
It's unfortunate to be writing this review for this place. I personally have been a regular customer here and usually the place is decent. But today we went to celebrate the birthday of my brother. Since it is rush week we can understand the waiting. But we were told to wait for 15 minutes which we ended up waiting for 1 hour. When we finally got the table the captain (Mr Pravin Kamble) rushed us to order saying the kitchen will be closed soon at 10:40 PM. Then we started ordering and we ordered some naans for the main course. The captain (Mr Pravin Kamble) denied us that dish saying it'll take time so we can't give those to you. Understanding that even further more we ordered the rest of the food. When our main courses arrived before even eating our first bite the captain again rushed us saying "baaki ka bhi order dedo". When asked to wait for a few minutes he arrogantly went to another of the servers saying "Mai Inka order nahi lunga" (I will not take the orders for this table). Another thing to mention is that the food was prepared in a rush and one of our dishes Veg Afgani was the worst. Is was just some chopped veggies in some spices piled up on a plate. There was no salt in that dish. The captain kept on being arrogant the whole time. Another one of the servers was quite polite and took over the table for us. After being in this place so many times I can say this was my worst experience there. And all of this being caused by the one captian (Mr Pravin Kamble). This makes us wanna question if we want to visit this place again or not.
liked the place personally. The environment is friendly and comforting. The teaching staff is really the best they understand your problems and help you to face them. My experience at VDCA was really nice. Secondly the students here are supportive and friendly. There is no kind of bullying which happens in the academy. Clean and Hygenic rooms, best room service, staff is polite and always at best of service. Delicious food, best location to commute. Ample space for parking. Best view of mountains..
Location is right next to highway, besides petrol pump. Cleanliness and staff are decent. Rooms are spacious.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food taste good. But I feel they are bit costly.
