We were on a family vacation and stayed there and it was very good experience....they gave us warm welcome, they treat guests very nicely....met with small special requests of my kids.... Service was very prompt and satisfactory.... good place with good food

We booked For 4 days in this property, the hotel location was in heart of the city , the staff was amazing. All the helping all the times. Morning breakfast are delicious. We enjoyed lots

I stayed with my family for 2 days. Its OK. Rooms: 1. Rooms are Just OK. They look a bit old. 2. Space is just ok. 3. 24 hour hot water is available. Its nice. 4. As hotel is next to busy road, you will. Even definitely have disturbance of vehicle's 5. Forgot about view as its in between busy area, only road and buildings. Food: 1. Breakfast is free for us. It is very good. Very different varieties and they are tasty. 2. Food in restaurant is good. Not great. Service: 1. Reception is professional. Good response. 2. Helpers are listening and responding. They are good 3. Restaurants people are very good and responsive Hotel: 1. Over all hotel is looking decent. 2. Placed in reachable place 3. Near to main road.

Am editing my review : We three had breakfast from there. Food was very tasty. Ambience was good,nice and neat. But we don't like the behavior of one of the staff (Mr Dinesh Kumar) there, very irritating person. He was trying to grab mobile from us and rude with my husband. What he think about himself?

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious. The staffs are polite and very cooperative. Only one thing that should be updated is the menu card. Many items are not there which is mentioned in the menu card.

Heart warming welcome and customer service gesture was always there in every act l. Right from very senior to even not so senior staffs. Big positive was their food quality and taste. Big yes for the service they provide on just a hint. Special mention to few people who made this memorable for my family. Mr. Dinesh (special mention), Mr. Paul, Mr. Richard, Mr. Denzil, Mr. Zunaid, Mr. Anand and Shankar (housekeeping), Mr. Samrat, Mr. Zakir and Mr. Neel and other serving staffs who I could not recollect the names.
