Old building. Not maintained up to mark . Very bad service . hot water not available . They won't tell when giving room . While giving room they talk in all languages. When u have any issues they start saying they don't know anything except Telugu . Not a recommended place for non telugu people .

Great residence and they are maintaining the hygiene and spacious bathrooms we got time to stay for one night we didn't feel any uncomfortable there, they provide parking for vehicles and it has attached function hall to but if you had booked the room at the time of functions obviously your sleep will have some disturbance which is inevitable. But overall great place to stay in raychoti.

I am from punjab ... staying in preetam hotel .. shamless staff and torching the person voming from another state who doesnt know the language of the state .. full shamless staff .. having no sense how to talk with the guest staying in the hotel

Very old hotel real room is not like in photos. Smelly bathrooms, old furniture. Never ever stay here and please remain that this is not a 3 star hotel. Not even worthy of single star.

Rooms were cleaned, water bottles available, Washroom flush also working, tap water available for bath. No hot water. No towels available, double beds were comfortable. Near to Rayachoti bus depot. Safe place. Overall ok experience.

Near to cinema halls sai, prasad, gowtham, 400m from bus stand, 300m police station

No Card Payment facilities, no towels provided, TV remotes not working, soaps, drinking water bottles were provided after asking to reception. They provide service but you have to ask for the amenities. Half of them are not in working condition. But as compared to other lodges it is somewhat better in this place in the city. But these people have to provide facilities as mentioned and prices are also high looking at facilities available.

The best you can expect in the city. Safe for vehicle. Has lifts. Rooms are neat. Water is all time available. Ask for hot water. If you feel cold . It's not too close to temple but it's definitely suggested for safety.
