In addition to the great room and their service,the hotel also offers delicious food options. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant staff was attentive and made sure I had a delightful dining experience. Don't miss out on trying their mouthwatering specialties!

Room clean and tidy. Hot water facilities available. Hotel reception was helpful with making changes to our room. Only issue was there is no wifi and no coverage in room so cannot use mobile too. TV only had Malyaalam channels only which makes non malyali bored in room. Food was good and pub next door was good option to chill out.

Room was small but good and clean. The worst thing is there I no room service. You have to go buy everything. This way they force you to buy from their restaurant, which has very limited vegan food. If I ask for banana, they serve fruit salad. Very bad attitude.

I have conducted five training programs at this hotel, and four times it was a positive experience. However, during my last visit, I encountered irresponsible behavior from the general manager. I am interested in conducting more training programs here. Could you please provide me with the phone number of the managing director or someone in the management team?

Best in hospitality. Managers are really nice. Got very worm welcome from them. Initially I was not sure whether to book or not but they own my trust. All services are very fast, and behaviour of all states are well mannered. The food at the inhouse restaurant was really good.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed. The bathroom was also clean and provided basic amenities. Their service was excellent, and the location was convenient. It's the best budget hotel we have stayed in so far. Overall, it was a great stay!

This hotel is at a walkable distance from the north railway station. My expectations were not too high down there. Rooms were kept neat, the staff was polite and took care of the formalities well. They have a restaurant and a bar attached to the hotel. Even though I don't have any food from there, I am supposing they give good food. The restaurant looked decent, gOod ambience, less amt of seating, the vibe I got from the restaurant is good. Will try some other day and comment later. Room was decently spaced, all neat and clean. My disappointment came in when I was taking a bath and brown coloured water started falling on me. I stood there with shock to understand what's happening, and then I suddenly turned the pipes off. This spoiled everything for me. The staff gave me some reasons for this, but it's clear tht the tanks are not clean and mainTained well. Anyways I will not choose this place again.
