Hotel Praveen International - Hotel in Ulhasnagar - Thane, India

Worst hotel and worst staff. Staff is arrogant and they behave like they are the owners of the hotel. Service is very bad and wifi doesn't work. I suggest not to book this hotel in any situation.

Need to improve room quality...lot of damages in door, AC working, I have changed 2 rooms. But hotel staff are very friendly and food taste is very good. Rooms are more spacious. 3.5/5 over all . Need to give complimentary breakfast

Room size was big, but shower not working with hot water in any room too old room and paint coming out of walls ac also was very old had to call service person to repair it while stay... Not good

All over the hotel was very well good even the staff were kind to us.Some reviews had negative comments about the staff but it was not at all like they said. They were supportive.And about room infrastructure of my deluxe(3x) I would say that it was pretty good. But if hotel room are repaired and coloured again and made them little bit more good it must be surely very attractive to the customers and may boost your business. The other main thing I was worried about was the food and it was so good that I will be planning to go there again. I just insist if you make the infrastructure of room,bathroom window glasses and hot water facility better surely it will help. I would really visit again.

Very good looking hall,very good for 30 to 40 persons, tables and chairs,well arranged . services were also good, food menu must have been written on a board,so that vegetarians could order their choice,

We were there for my brother's in law's wedding. AC wasn't working at all. Staff on the 2nd floor was decent but administration is poor, owners weren't paying much heed to anything. Passage was having dim light and it was so dam hot at the reception as well. They don't even turn on the AC. Some voltage issues are also there. Now when it comes to food, I never found anything hot, when it comes to snacks or main course. Last but not the least, they kept the newly wedded couple waiting for around one hour, because they were not having the back side of Aadhar Card copy on the next day of wedding. Night staff was horrible. Unbelievable experience!!! One more thing, we booked the balcony rooms but at the end they changed it to the normal rooms and charged the full amount. We struggled during two days of our wedded function.

This is just pathetic hotel i have ever seen in my life. No cleaness. They have uploaded nice photos but that's no use. Please do not go to this hotel in your life time. I have booked hotel by looking at photos but no professionalism, no cleaning, food is also very bad. Hotel is also surrounded by slums and industrial, it makes feel like ghost house at night My humble request to all readers, don't go to this hotel, you will remember my comments if you go there. Budget hotel, wide property with decent rooms. Air Conditioning was not great but not too bad. Bathroom was ok but not well maintained.. Room service was ok. Breakfast/tea/coffee is not available before 1030 which is too late. Staff is polite and welcoming. They washed our car. Overall for a 2 star hotel it is a fair game. Maintenance can be stepped up.
