Decent place for stay, friendly staff. Didn't have food here though.
The Rooms were top of the line with the availability of free and fast Wi-Fi, hot+cold water throughout the day, the rooms were clean and big enough for 2-3 adults. But the staff was simply amazing. They put up with our requests at even unreasonable times of the night and even went to buy the stuff we wanted. Amazing experience 10/10 would recommend to someone
Stayed in the Hotel for One Night.Booked the room using OYO rooms with offer prices. One of the best room i ever stayed. Interior of the hotel and room is very clean. Though the room was small but compact for 2 people. Bathroom of perfect spaced. The room had all the amenities as mentioned like hot water, AC, TV ect as normal hotels. On top of that i could even find little refreshments like Tea bags, Mineral water, instant coffee and Milk Powder with a small water kettle which normally dont see in other hotels. They also give you a complimentary breakfast, but not as a buffet u have choice 5-6 items all served with Tea / Coffee. And breakfast come to the room itself. They also have a restaurant attached to it. Staff are friendly too... Located in prime location in Nerul.
Hotel and rooms are nice I went for the weekend but would suggest do not visit except for thru Oyo. Since Oyo services are down it wasn't a great experience by the staff. There is a aged man for room service who asked for money on every thing & they charged 20-30rs extra on every item. Literally even just for giving bisleri bottles. I provided him extra cash for cold drink and until k asked he didn't either to give the calculation of money he spent for it. Overall hotel is great but do visit only via Oyo and in case you stay normally on hotel checkin do not give any service charges to any person at the hotel.
Good place. Decent, clean and smoking is not allowed inside. But price might be a bit on the upper side comparing to what you get. During the time of writing this review the prices are 2500 per night (12 noon - 11 am) which I think is more than what is reasonable. Otherwise, if it fits your budget then I recommend you go for it.
A convenient location across the D Y Patil University. Hotel is on a street behind main road. By looking at the area quality of hotel looks questionable. But it really is convenient, clean, comfortable hotel. It also provide food in restaurant and in room service. I have not experienced that. Staff is remarkably excellent and supportive. They really do everything to help you out even if you are in trouble.
Hotel is clean which is the most important thing apart from that you can get amazing deals through Oyo . Staff is good . Around hotel there are n numbers of food places to eat like Burger King, bikaner and others.Hotel food is ok ok not that good.so You can also order through swiggy app any time if you want to have something different, where you also get better offers. Hotel is only good for stay.
Good and cheap place to be in .. it's near Burger King Nerul ...staff is good and they park your vehicle and give you tea bags and coffee as complimentary with water boiler which is quiet professional.. rooms are very new and quiet clean as compare to other hotels in nahi Mumbai .. try buying this from go ibibo not Treebo ..place will be less costly .. restaurant is not available here so they will bring food from outside which might cost you little more then the average menu cost ... try going outside for dinner ..smoking is not allowed but waiters will tell you to open the window and smoke ...which again says how serious they are for cleaning..this hotel is recommended and a must stay place in navi Mumbai if you are in here ... **update- place is no more under Treebo .. it managed by and falls under OYO ..so you can use OYO app to book the rooms
