These people behaves very well before booking. Like we reached the hotel and without any reason we were told to wait. Room services are very bad. No matter how many calls you make for food or any other service they almost take more than 3 hours or sometimes they forget everything even if anything asked. These people don't even know how to talk to the customers. I came from a very long time distance and they did not provide even a single service properly. Many necessary items were missing in the room so I informed them, again there was no response. This was my worst hotel experience since today. Even without services their charges are so high. This is for everyone if you ever visit to Sri ganganagar please stay away from this place. Dismissive staff ..
Horrible Place, we Stayed in 307 and alot of stuff got stolen from the room and managers answer to this was i have the other key, Hotel nothing more than a thief even the owner was unable to help. If someone is going stay at this place be ready to take legal action afterwards.
Best Hotel in the City for Staying, Food Quality also good
I can say they people don't know how toh treat their customer . First they book the super deluxe front room with lowest price and when you reached at place they suddenly increased the 500-Rs -
I spoke to their hotel one hour before check in and clear all prices.
Point is they don't even know how to treat or talk to their customer . I suggest you will find another hotel in locality .

Hotel "Grand Ashish " is a perfect place to stay in Shriganganagr It is close to the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied
Hotel staff was very supportive and polite. Location of the hotel is just 200 meters from the Railway station.
Rooms were clean with pleasant ambience.
Hot and tasty breakfast was just cheery on the cake!
