absolutely bogus.. room 103 was quite a hell.. spit marks were every where in the room... there was no.. and absolutely NO room service at all... the bath was very dirty... nobody was there to clean or any help... bed was torn and i think it never see a drop of detergent in its lifetime... and the BOYS.... were whistling and singing dirty song in "meaning" whenever they get a sight of us... even in front of our mother's..... and food... we didn't even get the chance to have some... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY EVER.

If possible I would have given negative rating. The most dirty hotel I've ever seen. From outside it looks good, someone can naturally expect that the room will also be good, but the fact is from floor to ceiling, walls to bathroom, its filthy, grimy, full of smudge. Bathrooms are so so dirty that someone can even vomit seeing that. Basins are full of food wastes. The bed cover and the blankets are also not possible to use bcos of dirt and stains. I think this hotel is not being properly cleaned for some years. It was a horrible experience. The staffs and manager all are rude and mannerless.

Very known and reputed hotel but nowadays maintenance is very lacking, that is clearly understood. Rooms, beds, curtains and bathrooms need more cleanliness. Staffs are well-behaved and location is too good.
