Very bad experience. There is no water on time. Staffs are LYING. Staffs behavior is very bad. Lift is not working. Moreover there is no security in the hotel, as in the name of security, the gates are tide with ropes, as both the gates don't close properly and do not touch each other.
I had booked this place for my sister's engagement ceremony but the service provided by the restaurant was quite pathetic that even a local halwai could have provided a better service. I'm quite embarrassed with the kind of hospitality and service provided by Pratap international staff. I would not suggest any one to book the hotel for such ceremonies.

Located in the middle of a crowded street, the hotel is good for a short stay near to the railway station. Food is good, the rooms are also good. The hotel offers high end amenities in the room like mini fridge, boilers etc. But they failed to make the basic arrangement of hot running water in the shower, which I think must be improved.
The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained, and the bathroom is quite spacious and clean as well. I was provided with complimentary tea/coffee readymade packets and 1 liter water bottle. The staff was courteous and polite. I didn't try the food as it was slightly on the expensive side and the reviews weren't good. The loction of the hotel is around 1.3 km from the railway station. The things I didn't like were: very frequent power cuts, shower wasn't working, no hot water, no blanket in the room. The pricing can be a little less, too compared to thr services being offered here. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're in town and expect a clean and spacious place to stay for a day or two.
