I should have read reviews before booking. If I have to write about what's missing.. I need to mention of all facilities provided by a good hotel. Whats more disappointing is that I paid 7200 for a non ac room..no toiletries provided.. Sink leaks, no response from reception during night. Bad smell in the room.. Mosquitoes..... The only talent these people have is to claim higher prices provided elsewhere and use it on ethical customers. Feels like I have paid a huge price just for entering madikeri
Bad experience. We stayed three nights. The night we checked it, we reported the toilet seat was broken. They send their boy but he could not fix it. Next day we went out and in the evening found that no one fixed the toilet seat so complained again and they changed the room. The new room also had the same problem. Since they charged an exorbitant Rs13K they tried to please us in all possible ways but it was not worth. Parking is also a problem. You cannot park a sedan in their basement parking. Overall it was a waste of money and a very bad experience.
Rooms, bathrooms were neat and clean, complimentary breakfast was good they had Idli, palav, kesari bath and fruit salad tea & coffee as well. They have underground parking for 2 to 4 cars and 10 bikes. Staff service and behavior was very polite and good. Hotel looked safe as well.
Rooms were good, neat and clean. But in our room basic things like soaps, handwash, blanket, TV remote was missing.When we asked staff they gave only blanket. These are basic things which we get in any hotel.
1. Good location 2. Good service 3. Only two problems I faced is ants on the washroom walls and the bathing water was looking muddy. 4. Breakfast could be served hot, it was always served cold whether it's dosa or idli/vada. 5. Nearby to many attractions like raja seat, madikeri fort, etc. 6. Has WiFi, Netflix, water kettle, hot water and a table. Loved the rooms and everything else

Clean rooms and washrooms having all basic amenities. The only improvement needed is the availability of food in the hotel itself. Their restaurant is probably under construction. The tea and coffee were also nice.
Luxury rooms and wonderful service at affordable price...Best place to stay with family...Highly recommended..
