Pathetic services, No food, No electric city, no ventilator, throught night there was no power and they dong even have generator. If you want ruin you day you can book it and cost is very expensive
The worst management and staff. If u ask any small thing they habituated to say not available. Including morning coffee or water also not available in this bloody hotels. Pl. Dont prefer this kind of hotel.
The hotel is good for night staying. The rooms are clean and good looking. Room rent is fair. 1500 for non A/C and 1800+ GST for AC room. The staff are friendly. Since, yesvantpur railway station is nearby accessibility is quite easy.
We had been in this hotel In January 2020, this was new property then. Today in June 2023 they do not have manpower for housekeeping. The rooms + bathrooms are not phenyle washed. Nor are they cleaned daily. We have booked this on our previous experience but this time the experience is below average. The counter staff keep on saying manpower is not there. Even no TV is provided. The taps are broken and are in a bad shape...
I don't want to give even one star. It's worst hotel ever I have seen in my life. I personally recommend to don't waist your money. You can understand by seeing from my massage timing. No good service, no responsibility, no commitment nothing.
Staffs were good, but found room very dirty. And there was alot of smell in the room even after putting room freshner. There was dust on the floor, if you walk on the floor you feel dust. Couldn't sleep AC was very noisy.
This is a very nice Hotel. Best is the location. Rooms are very clean. Clean beds. There is no restaurant in this hotel, but hotel provides room service from nearby restaurant. The people at this hotel try n help you more than u expect. Requests are quickly attended. Hotel reception is on first floor.. Room are on first n second floor. I wish the had a lift. Overall this hotel is very nice for those who want stay at good price, clean stay n wants to commute to all corners of Bangalore with comfort. My rating is 5 star to this hotel.
Good hotel for solo travel/ business travel. Will not recommend for family . You will not any thing to eat or drink here. Only benifit of this hotel is ITS LOCATION. It's near to goreguntepalya metro station and on tumkur main road.
