Room was good but it was overpriced considering the services they have given. If you book a room with additional guests they don't count them for services. Even water bottle is not provided additionally for the next day of stay. I couldn't sleep that night as I heard noises sometimes.
Hotel location is convenient to approach from Bus stand (both KSRTC & City Bus) and railway station. It is near to Palace and is a nice walk. It is no frills room. Rooms and premise are kept hygenic. There is lift facility. Parking for vehicle is bit small.
Hotel location is good but service is not good. If you book AC room then you need to ask hotel guy to set temperature, you can't get AC remote in room and change by yourself. Who does that :( They will only provide you a single soap and towel, don't expect toothpaste, or any other basic thing. Even iron was not provided on our very first request, we insisted multiple times at reception then we got an iron for 15 minutes. Basic service is not available. AC remote missing, toothpaste, iron everything was missing

The location of this hotel is great. They have dedicated parking space which is a plus. The front desk staff are courteous. The rooms are basic and equipped with elementary amenities like TV, Hot water, A/C. The room which we stayed in was clean which was a relief. The hotel does not have a restaurant of their own but there are plenty of restaurants right across the street. Overall, a simple hotel for short stays in the core area of Mysuru.
The hotel is close to the city centre and all major places. Parking is available in the basement which can accommodate a few cars, the rest can park in front of the hotel (the roads are wide) They charge 1500 for non AC and 1900 for AC rooms. Hot water is available all the time. Service is really good, room tidiness could be better but not worse. One can definitely stay here
1 star is majorly because of the room service staff who stare at their guests badly, as if they have never seen women this made us very uncomfortable and will also not suggest others with family not to go here. I don't know if this review will reach the Hotel owners or not and if they will take any action at all. Stay was average, service is fine and the room was clean but still it was stinking.
