Good 1. Room service 2. Food. Bad 1. Location in between Bhimtal and Naukutiytaal. Need car to go to both places. 2. Got room at rear side had no view at all 3. Menu all non veg items were green marked.

Staff Behaviour of this Hotel Owner Was Very Rude And She Is Refusing our Check-in Via Online She said we hv not linked up with goibibo and When we show our booking Details they don't check and refuse our booking and Saying I hv only rs1500 room in this hotel....My first experience of this hotel was very bad.....Owner Of This Hotel was a Lady And Constantly She is Refusing Other Bookings. If u want to travel in uttarakhand via Haldwani please don't stay in this hotel

The property is situated in a very peaceful residential colony, and is run by a family which lives nearby. The rooms were clean and staff is non interfering. The owner was cooperative, and nice to talk to. They don't have a fixed menu for food. You can tell them before hand and they will cook for you a nice homely meal. However, I do have to mention here that for homestyle simple vegetarian food, the prices are on the higher side. We had a non vegetarian meal at a nice restaurant nearby for much less. If it would have been a little reasonable, I would have added another star.

Located just near the Nainital ,the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr. Rahul Tomar is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to good foods...

Don't fall into their google rating trap, they show fake room photos, and rooms are pathetic, dirty and they even don't provide drinking water, washrooms are dirty, bedsheets are dirty. Bad experience

I stayed with my family for 3 nights in this hotel. 1. Hotel room was very clean tidy and spacious. 2. Bedsheets Towels were absolutely clean. 3. Location is very near to market where you can find all necessary items. 4. Owners personally listen to your concern and help out. 5. Staff if very helpful and polite. Stay was worth each penny. Property is good, remote location from centre of the city and distance from main road is more than 500 metres. I must say that earlier it was owner's home which they have converted into so called hotel. Hotel have only simple chapati, rice Sabji and Daal in veg and egg curry in the name of non-veg which one lady comes and cooks from outside. This is the only variety of food, if someone doesn't wanna have these food will have to go outside by walking (no other options) which is approx 700 metres of distance and will return 700 metres as well. Now I need explain the staff and their professionalism towards guest, tea or salad you will never get fresh and they claim it also. If you have any problem with any kind of service you can't point it out, if you do so, they won't accept in spite of it they shout and argue , owner itself lies argues shouts misbehaves and never showed the professional approach and behavior of hospitality industry in which they should at least apologize once for issues, but it didn't happened. I was kept waiting for my final bill for more than 1and half hour and lastly they said we don't give the proper bill as I had showed them of a different hotel. Argued upon it also until I have showed them what is the final bill called and how it should be. Now finally, I strongly recommend that if you want to stay in this hotel for touring and holiday purposes and are fond of different varieties of food you should not stay here. If you are having and official visit and will raise the bills in your company where you could face the problem of its authentication then also don't stay. And if you seek best service then don't even think of this hotel.......
