Bad experience at dinner in restaurant. 1. AC was off so it was so hot to even sit there. No air ventilation. 2. I ordered Tomato soup which was served as just hot salt water with some mashed tomatoes without cream on top. Ps: Even I requested them to make thick tomato soup. I would recommend if the chef go through some relevant tomato soup recipes. 3. The moment I sat they gave me a small plate of "Namkeen" which didn't make any sense. And made me felt like I'm sitting in a bar and being served with "Chakhna" with drinks. Totally out of brain concept. 4. No water bottle provided and no water refill in water glass. Generally restaurants provide water bottle without even asking which later can be charged is used. Very basic concept in every restaurant. 5. Staff was kind and polite. Thats all I can say. Nothing more pleasing.
Food and Service are excellent. Staffs are always ready to give service. Food and beverage service outstanding. Will definitely visit again

Good stay for 2 days. Well ventilated rooms. Just few suggestions, 1. Variety of foods can be increased 2. To have easy access to beaches some vehicle arrangements shall be done 3. Food serving speed shall be increased. We lost almost hour in waiting for breakfast. 4. Refill of water bottles shall be in glass or steel bottles.

Very good rooms and services. But location is difficult to approach. We had our own car so it was okay... And you need to go out for food. No hotel service. But rooms are best
All is great. Staff was very helping. Miran at reception was very polite and humble throughout our stay. They helped me paying parking costs for driver there too.

All hotels in Kovalam are beach facing and same to this one as well. Got a decent deal by directly contact with the owner. Adjecent restaurant has best food service. Although room candittion can be better but who cares when beach is near.

Real good gym. If in the area for a long amount of time there are super cheap personal training sessions available. A day pass was 250 rupees, the gym was well equipped with free water.
