Really felt happy seeing the room ....as a visitor I'm impressed by seeing room....bcz we are like 4 members just a night halt.... generally if we want to stay 4 members...we have to opt two rooms ....here they have provided two double cots in a same room. Facilities are too good and neat and clean.impressed

We had booked two standard rooms. Rooms were clean, water was hot and all amenities/toiletries were really good. Quality of the service was superb. The manager at the reception was kind and supportive. Overall we had a great time at Hotel Popular - keep up your quality and service in everyday! Thank you for making our trip memorable:)

Very Good Hotel. I am highly satisfied with this hotel. Room & washroom is very clean.Very Fast room Service. Also, hotel staff is very good & cooperative. overall experience is awesome. This hotel is very good for business travel as well as family. Location is very good, very near to Amritsar railway station & bus stand.

I really loved the location of the hotel it was near to all the places I wanted to travel. And the 24hrs service is amazing. I arrived at 1am at night and the hotel still had someone saying your room is ready for your service. When you are coming from a different state and when you have a female with you their safety becomes the number 1 priority which I felt was safe guarded. You get all the basic necessities like hot water, toiletries, TV, WiFi and amazing food. I made the mistake for searching for other restaurants for food which was a mistake. The food here is reasonably priced and very healthy. The taste is very good too. Even the cake shop in the entrance belongs to them which severed were good cakes. The only few issues I had was that the water they provided for drinking and bathing was borewell water. It's best if you buy mineral water for drinking. Water here has a salty taste. The host is a bit rough around the edges. I feel he could be a bit softer or more polite. If the bove 2 were good i would have given a 5 . You get what you ask at the restaurant that's it. The view from the window is not good. But everything inside justifies the price or better than the price. Had a good time here. I'll recommend this place for decent stay with all the required facilities. Rooms are big and spacious. Bathrooms are big and spacious as well.

A bit old hotel situated above the Popular Bakery. Rooms are bit rickety but the same is compensated by service and location. Hotel location is hardly 200m away from Railway station and 50m away from crystal chowk. Overnight stay was good.

If Hotel popular work on their services, will be better for guests. Ideally located near places.

Worst ever stay in hotel. The lobby area was stinky. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Had to ask for room change. It was done properly but the new room's AC was window AC and noisy. The food quality was okay and deserves a lot to be done. The room service is also slow. There are no complimentary mineral water bottles which was surprise for me.

Very bad service. Bad rooms with no adjustments offered at all. Rude behaviour of manager. And lastly they don't accept cards or any online transaction. You have to find an ATM.
