Wish I could give no star at all!! Disgusting experience!! The rooms are very old and the bathroom is filthy...commode seat is smaller than the commode itself...the water gets clogged, stinks like hell. The bedding is stained, so awful... Couldn't sleep in peace. Can't turn off the AC...room couldn't be locked properly. This shouldn't even be a hotel just close it down if you can't maintain it!! The staff was shamelessly rude, management was selfish.

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. Had power outs a couple of times and as the main lift was under repair, had to face inconvenience. Infrastructure in the rooms is old and may need a refresh soon. Located at a good location from many eateries if you want to try food outside.

Amazing place to stay with your family...or friends... great hospitality... spacious and clean rooms... the breakfast is complimentary along with the stay and the food is delicious. Location is perfect for taking a bus to go anywhere in mangalore. The staff is too polite and understanding. Had an amazing experience.

I liked the location. Pretty old property but seems like getting well renovated. 3 star is because the room i was in not that great shape. But overall property and complimentary breakfast deserves 4 star

The only thing special about this place is the location. The interiors are old and dusty. It looks like it was designed in the 1900s The toilets were outdated. You will get the bare minimum of everything at this place for a stay. The service was good. This place is not very clean and people with dust allergy will have to suffer a little bit. For the price they are asking, maybe it's more than fair. But I don't feel like it's a safe place. The room locks were old and shanky. Not suggested unless you are looking for a cheap stay with the bare minimum essentials.

Good place to stay, but bad attitude from the front office guy.. after 3 stays this time the guy was trying to charge more by mere 200 bucks. Spoilt our mood for our business meet. We got a better stay with another hotel nearby. Thanks to him, we found a hotel but his boss lost a client....

Average Hotel , old construction, although ample parking space ... Economy AC and executive AC room are almost same but price vary. Service is very poor.... I stayed for 5 days .. they don't provide complementary water bottle if booked for continuous period .. If you ask for it they would charge you 37/- per bottle... Never leave your costly item in room if you are going out.... Their staff can enter in room beside you without any intimation for their schedule work....Even you will not get explanation for such mistakes.... Not recommended for family...

Centrally located, spacious rooms and professional staff.Its an old property,hence rooms needs some upliftment. Breakfast spread is ok, but need to look into the hotness , foods served are not hot. Bed sheet, pillow covers have lost the texture, needs to be changed. Foot mat of bathroom is also yellowish. Location , spacious rooms and helpful staff.
