The location of the hotel is the most attractive. The mall is 5 minutes walking distance. Famous Keventer's restaurant and the Mahakal hotel distance is 2 minutes walking. The rooms are pretty good and the view from the room is very nice. The room service is also available and the behaviour of the staff including the manager is very helpful. They also provide car rental service.
Our family visited on May 4th-6th,2023 . We take the package system for 13 people. It's really the worst that we came here. Service is so poor, and they hesitate to make food for us. We have a horrific experience. My suggestion is don't go.

Worst experience , no heater . Not well maintained food are very expensive compared to nearby restaurants , and they charge way too much compared to neighbouring hotels and cabs , this place a money sucking monster don't go there .

WELL SERVICE. GOOD AND MORE THAN ENOUGH FOOD. ALL THE TIME HOT AND COLD WATER AVAILABLE. WIFI IS THERE. 5MIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM MALL. No room freshner, awkward smell comes from bathroom as the bathroom door has weird gaps. Damp rooms, maybe due to gloomy weather.
