Not worth it if you are paying more than 1200 for any of their rooms. Taps are not working, phones are not working and when asked for hot water they gave us some muddy water. Only their restaurant was good so adding one more star.
Worst experience.. Not recommended at all.. Rooms was very dirty with old broken furniture.. Wifi and intercom was not working.. Lock was broken.. Bathroom was dirty as hell.. Not properly maintained pls don't book this hotel
Good Hotel to Stay in Matheran. Most Popular Points are Few Meters Away. Hotel Situated at Good Location Beside Khandala Point. Room Service is Good. Rooms are Not so Good but OK for this Cost. Where Matheran Market Ends there is Hotel Point View Situated. Manager is Very Polite and Helpful.

Hotel in market 2 Food is good 3 location is also good 4 Staff is cooperative Disadvantage 1 Hot water available time 8 to 10 AM IN morning than after if u need bath its difficult 2 some room are also and some room are renovated so if confirm with hotel with room u r allocated 3 Hotel has 2 wifi but back side room wifi is not connected
The rooms are spacious and neat. But they don't have a geyser or hot water facility in there or maybe we weren't informed about the hot water facility. The food in the downstairs diner is okay. It's good for the price but not the best you get. The overall experience has been fine
Lunch -- Average to below average food Tandoori Roti - 3/5 Butter Garlic Naan - 3/5 Chicken Angaara - 2.5/5 Paneer Tikka Masala - 2.5/5 It seems gravies for both were same. Too generic and bland.
Worst experience. This hotel doesn't provide any facilities. Fans don't work half of the time. They don't have water supply in the washrooms. Tv doesn't work properly. Will not recommend anyone
Rooms are average but not availabilty of hot water or geyser they only provide hot water from 8-10am which is all muddy water bedsheet and pillow were smelly not proper cleaned and the food was good it was not good experience.
