I stayed in this hotel from 16th - 18th May 2019. The hotel management was very angry on me because I booked this hotel from goibibo and the hotel management said goibibo takes 30% commission so they won't give us room for 3 Adult and 1 Child as promised by goibibo, if i want i can complain to GoiBibo. Then, they gave us room for 2 Adult and asked us to adjust in that same room. They do have bigger rooms because i saw one of them on 4th floor left side (on top of hotel reception). They did provide us with an extra mattress but after putting that mattress they was not enough space left even to keep our luggage. Also, they gave us only one linen and told us that as per hotel policy they give 1 linen per room. They don't care about number of occupant. Location of this Hotel is excellent but this hotel needs serious renovation. They need to repair toilet door, toilet etc. I will suggest to book this hotel on arrival instead of booking in advance to avoid such inconvenience. You need to check the room before you pay advance to them.
It was my very first time in Darjeeling and among all other hotel deals, I found their deal most useful and budget friendly. Staffs are well-behaved and prompt. Unlike the other hotels, cars can reach at the entrance of this hotel which is very important when you have luggage. Rooms and toilets are clean enough. Taxi stand, restaurants, mall and other useful services are nearby. Next time when I visit Darjeeling, hopefully I will stay at this hotel again.

Decent place to stay at Darjeeling, if you're interested in cheap stay. Views are not good. Accomodations are okay. This place has an in-house restaurant, which offers simple food. This place is easily accessible from Mall & Darjeeling chowrasta.
Hotel is expensive in term of food quality and service. windows are broken, no heaters are provided when ready to pay extra amount. Bedsheets are dirty and rooms are Stinky
Good location.... very near to the mall... it's 2 mins walking distance from keventers and glenary's which really mesmerised me more... the staff and the manager both are very generous and helpful overall a very good experience...
