Cordial staff. Allowed post midnight check in. There was no reminder to vacate despite it was noon. Guided well towards local whereabouts.
One of the Reasonable n Cheapest hotel near Gangwal Bus Stand. Hotel Staff is good and polite.
Room are average and location is ok ok. It is 10-15mins walking from bus stand. There is no restaurant or food service. There was lots of mosquito in the room and 2 lizards too. No toiletry and Packaged water bottle with room.
This was my 2nd time in room no 104 of this hotel . Best part of this room is wide window facing roadside . TV was working ok with all necessary channels incl sports . Cleanliness was good .

Hotel Pleasure Palace, Indore is a small Hotel with limited facilities. However, the room that I stayed in was quite clean with a covered verandah as well. The Bathroom was also clean but narrow with no wash basin, which was located in the verandah, hence a bit inconvenient. The free WiFi had good connectivity. The TV services, which was being operated by a local Cable operator was terminated and was being changed to a Dish Antenna type. Unfortunately, the services could not be stabilised during my stay of one night. Hope later visitors could view the TV Channels properly.
The service was not that much good first they gave me room which was wrost condition than i asked them to change room than they gave me room which was not having set-top box.
the room service said they will start tv in some time but till last they did not.
then there was no working light only bulb in place tube light was working.
they have provided simple toilet instead of italian.
so i am totally dissatisfied from hotel condition and services.

The room in which I was staying was very small compared to other hotels. Basic amenities are available like TV, hot water. Shouldn't expect much if you are staying.
Facilities can be improved for the price value.
hotel location and locality was very good. it is situated near gangwal bus stand. there are clusture of hotels nearby. hotel is so well equipped and neat and clean room. staff were so co-operative and well behaved.it is among best budget hotel in indore. i am satisfied
