Customers don't matter to them because the owner is so haughty and only cares about making money. Politicians primarily use hotels as a bar and kotha for their illicit requirements. Innocent People choose this hotel for their special loved one's day after admiring the interior, but they subsequently regret it due to the owner and their chamchas' humiliation. They will provide you a time slot for the function of 12 to 5 PM, but after 4 PM, they will start embarrassing you by disconnecting the power supply in the middle of the event. The owner acted more like a Sadak chhap Gunda than a professional.

Rooms are very nice but what makes the hotel best is its service The hospitality but in your hotel hospitality is pathetic i think the morning briefing is very mandatory it's decided your aim for corporate employees i didn't suggest this hotel.

We booked 5 rooms for our trip to ghuisarnath dham. It took us just one hour to go to mandir from this hotel. Hotel was good our experience was very good although the hotel is still under construction. They are constructing their own restaurant on the terrace which will be a cherry on the top. Mr. Arpit Rai, Arvind were really helpful. There were one more guy name ALFAZ he was so genuine in his work. He cleaned my room and told me to re-check everything. It was our first experience here. They do provide complimentary breakfast. But I still want some things that should be changed here for the better experience like on the first night our bathroom pipe was blocked. We saw lizards in two rooms and requested for changing room. They don't have any other dal option in the hotel menu so you'll get only yellow dal. The air conditioning system is not well maintained may be the workers turn it off because I slept two nights without air conditioning. The kettles in the hotel room are stinking. Apart from all these things I would definitely come here again to see the changes. Also if you are international tourist this place do not take international cards unless you have Indian cards. They do take gpay, phonepay. I forgot to mention they do have very big banquet halls for wedding functions, parties, reception. For the birthday parties they have separate halls.

Very bad hotel pathetic services no water in bathroom bad bed sheet and towels water logging bad smell never ever go in such worst hotel ever till 1 am in midnight they have not provided extra bad mid night no water in bath room no pick up calls at reception
