The bed sheet was with blood strain. They didn't clean the bed itself. No floor mat. The AC was not even cooling even at 17deg. Very small room, and the bathroom ceiling was open a little. Worst ever seen a room like this. The location is good because of the nearby bus stand. This hotel is not good for family visits.

I don't know who gave 4 star rating to this hotel this is one of the bad hotel in bangalore never stay here very very bad.staff behavior is absolutely bad no service broken toilet nothing is good of this hotel

Avoid this hotel as they are yet to learn the basics of how to run a hotel. The behaviour of the staff was extremely poor, they seriously need to go to school to learn how to talk to the customers. Worst service ever. They don't accept payments through cards (not even debit cards), only cash or Google Pay. They only offer lodging, no tea or any other beverage available. They don't even have electric kettle so that a person could make tea or coffee on their own. If you ask them to give you hot water to make your tea, they take 1.5 hours to bring a glass of hot water which even isn't that hot. For this, the bearer asks 30 rupees since he gave you that hot water. We took the AC room. For the first night, we didn't switch it on as the weather was cold. The next day, when we tried switching it on, it wasn't getting on. When we called a bearer to switch it on, he was like, "You should've told us before." Why do we need to call them all the time to get things sorted? We want hassle free services for which we are paying. Same went on for the TV. They said that they will recharge the TV and they did. But, it only showed the free channels available and nothing else. So, it was like, I could watch only 5-7 channels even though I was paying the full tariff which includes TV services. They don't provide mineral drinking water. No glasses to drink water. The maintenance is also worst as the rooms are not clean. The towel provided was torn and smelly. The reception service is also bad as at most times the manager isn't present at the desk. They were so desperate for money that they called at nights to pay the tariff even when the day wasn't finished (The day would be over the next day at 11 am). The worst part is that they weren't ready to attend to their faults.

i am giving three star for the positives the location is great, the staff is super cooperative and nice behaviour, i gave only three because of the negatives like cleanliness no change of bed sheets towels room cleaning nothing and full of small insects, so please try to improve on this

I have faced lot of problems there...room not cleaned well and even they not provide towel and basic things and outside off some difference and AC is not working properly... Washroom is too much small not even single person bath properly.....guys better when u entering into room please check beds and pillows if there is any leeches there or not .......i slept ate morning 4 clock Beacuese when I started sleeping leeches gives me disturbance ...so please kindly avoid and check before stay in that room .... better to avoid this hotel i totally dispointed.....

They will provide the settop box if you ask them. Rooms were clean and it is behind ayyappa temple. Hotel service person says he will speak only Hindi and told that he don't know english or kannada also. Even for AC remote you have to ask them. Bathroom door lock was not proper and it was so tight. It is ok-ok

I would never reccomend this hotel to anyone. The room is good and spacious enough for 2 people. But the hotel really lacks in hygeine and cleanliness. The washroom is so conjusted, the washbasin was broken, filled with dirty water. When this was informed to the authority, they was not keen to listen the problem and we insisted for a room change, unfortunately the new room was also not upto the standard and worth for the rent (1100) that we paid. We vacated the room within an hour of checkin and was forced to pay the full amount.

We have stayed 2 days here. AC and TV not working properly. Room is very small. We can get more space with less rent. Near to Bus stop and malls.
