You get AC room with washroom and balcony for around 1200 rs. Rooms are not very clean double bed seems to be to single beds joined together with the wooden partition popping out from the middle of both mattresses. Although hotel is under renovation right now. Hopefully it will get improved in near future.
Bed sheets are not washed regularly and the rooms is filled with cockroaches which don't die even after hitting it with baygon spray. I believe they don't even wash the towels, I found it to be used and dirty. I would suggest carry your own sheets and towels if u want to stay.

Nice place to stay in Silvassa. Hotel rooms were neat and well maintained. Room service is good. Need further more updation on interiors of the rooms. From Hotel Plaza you can visit Balaji Temple, Nakshatra Garden and many more places in Silvassa. Silvassa stadium is very nearby to this hotel. And markets also available in walkable distance where you can buy fruits and vegetables from local framers in very cheap rate.
If you pay before leave or last night they do not gave you proper service
Room was okay, the only thing which i didn't liked was hot water is available only in morning on a particular time.
