Hotel Plaza International - Hotel in Chapra - Saran, India

Though the exterior area surrounding the hotel isn't tht good , Infact during rainy season its worse , but the hotel inside is pretty good . Good spacious rooms , clean , room service is good if yiu don't expect too much . Staff is helpful and soft spoken . Even if you get a NO, it's polite and understood tht not everything is ready. The most problematic is food service as they don't have a restaurant but the boys get fast whatever is needed

Room price is very High according to service 850/night

The place has great ambience and customer service. I had referred this hotel to my relative for a wedding function and birthday party. They gave very good service and made splendid arrangements. The rooms are very well maintained with proper hygiene controls. I would recommend this hotel to everyone living in Chappra.

My experience with this hotel has been great. I like all its things like hospitality, food and hygiene. I would recommend everyone to stay in Hotel Plaza International if you visit Chhapra. This is unarguably the best hotel in this city.

Hotel rooms were spacious but not properly furnished. Room Services were good but could be more better if the hotel starts restaurant service too
