The Room was comfortable and The behaviour of the manager was nice but the geezer was not working at the moment. Overall the service was good you stay over there. It was a safe place.
the room was good, manager was also good but the bathroom amenities are not only pathetic but very unsafe, u can see the open geyser plate, open wiring, broken plugtop and do see the wood scale provided by hotel to switch on or off the geyser. see the mirror, the comort (ewc pot)shakes when u sit on it, just see the colour and quality of water from which I took bath, stinking. when told the manager he said sorry and told that this was due to tank cleaning and residue water in pipeline. eventually I had to suffer naa. would have given 0 star but the nature of manager made me give 2 stars. Pls refund my full money and do look into these matters in future as if u improve the amenities u can be best.

Hotel is good as i have booked for exam purpose. my family was there for 4 days .bedsheet were not good and food quality was below average because u will not find any hotel nearby so may be monopoly. Staff were good they use to respond if u need anything. initially they were not ready for certain things to delivered to the room later i called goibibo support and also hotel manager then they responded very well , thanks for that . Hotel Rent is also good so in this range i would say , Good Hotel
Hotel is nice and decent service. But the owner of the hotel is an interesting person. He does not know how to run a business, infact he only capitalises on money. If he see an option to earn more than given rates he is in.. But the caretaker here is very nice and gives option to customers for pleasent stay.
Good stay & rate as per location. Good thing is the adjoining restaurant cafe which is in house, good food. Rooms are average but basics are right. The Hotel staff could learn to knock before entering the room but then it's Begusarai in Bihar.
