I recently stayed here and was amazed by the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice . This hotel is very near to Mangaluru Junction (MAJN) railway station and getting there is easy. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit the city again.
Very worst service.. they didn't even give toiletries they had given us bill for toothpaste n brush..Card for opening the door is also not working..very worst service.. v r puge vegetarians they given us veh pulav with chicken gravy it's unbearable..that too in kartika maasam which is very auspicious month for us.. its too shame on plaza heights..
There are fake reviews on Google. The building looks brand new but from inside it is not very clean. Power cut issue, ac problem, hot water problem. Some weird sounds can be heard at night. So I do not recommend it to anyone. Rooms are packed tightly to give a room look but not in good condition.

We absolutely loved the experience. in a deluxe suite room. Which was different from regular rooms. Ac in the hall and one in the room. We had a fully furnished living room. Well maintained bathroom.

They will ask you for a marriage certificate even if you are married. Carry a marriage certificate or avoid.
Not sure what will happen if I send my 70 year old parents. Will they still ask for a certificate?
Had a pleasant stay. The Hotel is located near pumpwell Circle and is 3KMs near to the Central Rly Stn. Hence, convenient for travellers. The Hotel service was great. Rooms were neat, had modern touch and all the amenities were provided. Recommended.
We reached with family late 11 pm and Adithya who is in front office received very well even in that late night and arranged all necessary things..Rooms are clean and decent .
