It's a very good hotel... service is good,all the facilities are available...nearby hotels and restaurants are available..overall it's a nicee place

Very pleasant. Good and helpful staff. Rooms are good, clean. Has 24 hours hot water. There is Television in the room best part is that there are Hindi movie channels. Good food. I like the place. Thanks to all the staff at Park Avenue for making our stay comfortable.

Rooms were clean well maintained. Washroom was also neat and reasonable price. It's near to swaji koragajja temple.

Very poor behavior by the staff doesn't responds to the call service. Rooms are unhygienic. Staff don't clean rooms when u call them. Save your money never come here.

For staying purpose rooms are good, very small rooms and not clean enough. I would say if you want to save money on stay and enjoy other facilities and them opt for this. If you want to relax only in hotel room then its not a good choice. Its located outside the Mangalore city and for attractions to see you need to cover minimum of 20 KM from this location. Good staff and professionals As a family I liked the location of the hotel near by to all great medical college and universities. Its outside the city from chaos. Its very difficult to get vegetarian food near to this hotel.

Good for family as well as individuals and for those who needs parking it would be a good place to be if you are coming to Mangalore. It approx 10 kilometres away from Mangalore city...

Very cheap response by the staff. Doesn't know how to talk with client. From 4 days I am asking for a quote to book a room for 1 month, but not even a single response from the hotel. If u people doesn't need business tell me directly instead of make me wait. No time even to response in call when i call. Worst hotel have seen in my life.

Located near the highway. The hotel has good parking facility with nearby hotels. The rooms are neat and clean so is the washrooms. The staffs were also well nice. Overall as a family it's a good with hygienic and spacious rooms.
