Hotel Platinum Plaza - Hotel in Rohtak - Rohtak, India

We booked suit...it wasn't clean first of all....tv was not working....even the locks on the gate was not working ..they said jacuzzi in the bathroom ..but their was no water then how jacuzzi gonna work...I had the worst of worst experience here....I came late from the wedding. The doors were locked and stood 30 min outside ...then they opened the gate...they charge you for 5 star ....but don't not value for even 1 star

Worst Hotel i hv ever visited.... Even no Paisa vasool..... Worst service.... Worst infrastructure..... Worst lightening.... Light was cut many times during the whole stay..... If it could be in my hands , i would like to give this negative stars.... Chhhiiiiiiii....

It was an average hotel.. not even 2 star, but if u are looking for a couple of nights stays.. or for official tour, then it can help, if you are looking for an holiday trip then its not a good hotel to stay, food was average, staff is also good, thought you won't feel it's an awesome place to stay.

First of all we had booked super delux category room but there is nothing like super delux according to receptionist as one of our friend had booked delux category and his room had good facilities like window,freeze,bathtub good spacious room in delux category, but we did't have any of above mention facilities in spite of super delux along with ac sound horribly, only one socket for charger in room , no regulator for fan when we complained about that then they told that super delux room are not available since that room already taken by my friend in delux price (so we had paid more but got delux category room)now for other thing they had changed our room and that was ok but again it was delux category only. As we had exam over there so had not raised much of issue. But frankly speaking first of all dont choose as an hotel but ya u can as AC guest house and it is 1 km from main road so not much good connectivity( we have walk 1km then we can get auto or taxi that was pathetic ).As ****** mentioned as 1 km from from PGIMS rohtak in nearby location which was absolutely wrong its a 3.5 km ( so pls ****** correct that matter as we had booked that hotel only for that reason).So, dont book as super delux category as they will give delux category only so, dont pay extra.

The room was excellent for this value of money. Hygiene was properly taken care of by the hotel. Washroom was clean and AC was also working fine.

Its an average hotel food is good room service is good location is ok because u cant find any auto taxi around it.u may find bugs in ur room(cockroaches etc)

the hotel is in front and just 200 metre from MDU gate no 2..the facilities and amenities provided were nice..It has very cooperative staff also..i stayed with my family in super executive room..it has 2 double bed and lcd tv with an almirah and well spaced washroom..overall my experience was nice..
