Seriously the reception guy was awful. ( the one with specs ) He's just sitting there with alot of ego. Haven't felt the hospitality at all . Rooms were okay . Breakfast buffet I would say they need to improve . Felt like they were serving old stuff . Like biscuit ,sandwiches . Could be better if the staff behaved with a smile atleast .. Also there's no market nearby or at a walking distance .
Room services needs to be improve. They are not providing new towels on every day, no new soap, no shampoos also. Even they are not doing Cleaning rooms. They are not providing extra bed for charged as extra person in room. After completing they provided all things and service also.

It's nice luxury hotel to stay on ambli road. Good interior as well as the outer view is also good.
It's very near from the Iskcon cross road on Ambli Bopal road so suitable for businessmen and convenient to connect for the other cities from Ahmedabad with bypass the city traffic .
