Hotel pinnacle villa - Hotel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

My brother pre booked this hotel in offline mode but just 5 days before the manager called us and said we got online booking for the same day so we are cancelling your booking though he paid me the booking amount but is this the way to handle customers? We are coming from another state after traveling and now he cancelled our booking just because he got online booking in much high rates

I had a very bad experience with this hotel.. the hotel was so unhygienic, washroom was not cleaned. And staff is so unprofessional and not at all cooperative. Specially front staff behaviour is very rude. Water not available in the morning time. Highly recommend not for go this hotel. Overall a wrost experience ever now.

Never Stay in This hotel. All 5 star review is fack. If the option was zero than I recommend zero star. No proper service. Rude behavior of front staff at reception in night. No water supply. Water was not available at morning for bath... Very rubbish service and answer

it was my worst experience ever as there was no proper safety or security. The maintanence glass was open without any lock and it was risky. Cleanliness, hotel staff and management, silence and privacy are senseless words for this hotel. They don't ever have milk to prepare Tea or Coffee. Never select this hotel with breakfast as they don't have that facility and they'll feed just Poha as per their availability after 9:30am. Staff's behaviour, service, privacy and security totally worst. This type of hotels are just for bachelor.

Worthless stay, they didn't had vacant room inspite of advance booking they made us stay in their another hotel located on next floor meanwhile they made us up down twice by saying it's not booked here booked upstairs hotel, where we got small room so we just stayed for a day whereas our booking was for 2 days. Breakfast and tea they sourced from outside which was again not at all worthy. We left the breakfast and ran away quickly as every in was so negative!!!!! The staff was lethargic not interested in serving clients. Parking was also not available. Hotel man argued with building watchman then we got parking in the basement. This hotel is in the building in the busy area.

Absolutely pathetic services, charged 450 per person per day for breakfast but the guys who were taking care of the property says I can get samosa and kachori for breakfast and we had to request for Poha and trust me 450 for Poha per person was an expensive deal, we were two so 900 and for two days 1800 for only breakfast was waste of money. They don't even serve mineral water in those dirty plastic bottles that serve RO water, which obviously we didn't take and had to spend on water, Room rent per day 1100 + 900 + water exp was ridiculous for that property. And at 8.30 both the guys were sleeping at the reception and we had to wake them up for tea, the pantry was so unhygienic and dirty that we didn't ask for tea later in the evening. Overall a pathetic hotel .

Very Bad Service and Rude behaviour of Front Person at Reception. Whole Night there was no water. Even in morning we have to wait for . And rude answer from reception that Tanki Bharenge tab Pani ayenga... Aur Jo Reception pe Long height vala Person usko to Zero star. Koi Tamij hi nahi hai.... Hospitality ka course sikh le....bhai.... Never stay in this Hotel..

Hotel location preeti good, check-in process is also easy and good for unmarried couple. mostly unmarried couple are walk-in here *room was untidy* staff behaviour is not appropriate and in complimentary breakfast they only offer poha after argument they ready to serve aloo paratha
