Visiting this hotel since many years but over the course of few years the quality has degraded. Rooms are quiet small and also the receptionist are quiet rude. Untidy rooms and torn and worn of property, had water issues and no proper assistance from staff. Needs a lot of improvement won't recommend it.

Convenient Location but Requires Improvements I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. The hotel's location is definitely a major plus, as it is situated in the heart of the city and offers easy access to various attractions and amenities. Additionally, there are numerous dining options nearby, catering to all meals throughout the day. However, I must admit that the property itself was quite old and showed signs of wear and tear. It was labeled as a 2-star hotel, and I found that to be an accurate representation. One notable feature of the hotel was the extensive use of wood, which added a rustic charm to the ambiance. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The mattress had not been properly cleaned, and that was quite disappointing. While I understand that this is not a luxury hotel, basic hygiene and cleanliness should still be maintained. On the positive side, the rates were relatively affordable, making it a cost-effective option for travelers on a budget. Despite its shortcomings, the hotel could be a decent choice for those seeking a central location and are willing to overlook some of the maintenance issues. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you prioritize convenience and affordability. However, if cleanliness and modern amenities are of utmost importance to you, it might be wise to consider other options in the area.

My stay at Hotel Pinnacle, Ahmedabad was nothing short of exceptional. Impeccable service, luxurious rooms, and breathtaking views. This hotel sets the standard for a perfect getaway. Will definitely return!

Though the location is really good, the rooms are smaller, untidy. The behaviour of night duty receptionist was not at all good. But at this cost, if they improve service & create a space for eating place, along with a good well spoken polite staff, I may give better ratings

During my 2 nights stay, I can definitely say it's one of the best property for business and family travellers. right from the reception to the entire staff, everyone is helpful, humble and professional. The rooms are well spacious and maintained, neatly arranged with classy real wood furniture. location is not be bothered at all, it's right at the heart of the city. Connectivity to anywhere is easy and smooth.

Stay is good, but the provided room is approx 9x7 ft crossed congested and in very bad condition. when I was requested that today is my marriage anniversary so please change rooms one of the reception people named Samir was refused my request and demanded more money to change, otherwise no rooms available. His approach is abnormal since checked in. When I was checked with another concerned person in the hotel the same rooms were available, but Samir was denied after many requests and spoiled our marriage anniversary night. Overall experience is good, location is good, no specific parking available for four wheelers.
