Hotel Pinky Vila - Walking Distance to NDLS Station & Metro Station - 9810965967 - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Services and staff co operation were fine, but what I write here applies to most of the hotels in this area. There so many container type high buildings with no scope for fresh air or sunlight to enter the rooms. Further there were almost no mobile signals there. Talking on phone while being in the hotel was almost impossible. I think these things do matter for comfortable stay, otherwise staff co operation was good.

Good location. Easy to find. Plenty of stalls and food nearby, metro and station. Rooms were tastefully decorated, comfy and had our first hot shower in india here! HOWEVER, wouldn't recommend as windows didnt seal shut and street was incredibly noisy with traffic, screaming kids and fire crackers until midnight both nights we stayed. Plus with lots of light spill behind curtains we barely slept. Staff were not friendly or accommodating.

Les photos ne sont pas du tout conformes a la realite. L'hotel est sale, la literie abominable. Le petit dejeuner est le pire que nous ayons jamais eu en Inde. Une personne de l'hotel est venue sonner a notre chambre a 9h du matin pour nous reveiller et s'est introduit dans la chambre alors que nous etions encore dans le lit pour nous prevenir que le petit dejeuner se terminait dans une heure et l'avons vecu comme une intrusion (J'etais nu dans le lit en demi sommeil) Nous ne sommes restes qu'une nuit et avons finalement change d'hotel. Ils ont essaye de nous faire payer l'integralite de la reservation (alors que l'annulation etait gratuite et aucun prepaiement requis) mais avons reussi a ne payer qu'une seule nuit apres avoir monte le ton et refuse categoriquement de payer. C'est aussi le seul hotel ou nous avons sejourne en Inde qui ne prend pas la CB.

The rooms at PINKY VILLA were nothing short of luxurious. The decor was tasteful and contemporary, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness and attention to detail displayed by the housekeeping staff were truly commendable. NOTE:- IF YOU SEE A CUTE GIRL IN THE RECEPTION THEN U R LUCKY BECAUSE SHE IS SOFT HEARTED AND YOU CAN CONVINCE HER FOR A GOOD DISCOUNT

we had made a booking through staybook website for pinky villa hotel and they have cheated us because staybook is not operating this property and harrasing by taking fake booking from website. I have called to staybook website number they are crooks and keep telling to shift your booking Thanks to the pinky villa hotel who supported us and coperate with us Be aware from staybook fraud

Our room was so dirty. Very old furniture , towels and bedsheets were supposed to be white but it's dirty grey with many spots . We killed couple of cockroaches in our room! Dust is everywhere. Not good place to stay in India!

*****Beware of Staybook***** I had made a booking through Staybook for Hotel Pinky Villa. In order to reconfirm my booking, I called up the customer care number as given on the Staybook website. As per them Pinky villa is no longer operational and would give room in the other hotel which doesn't have the same standard as pinky villa. However, I wasn't convinced and found it suspicious. Somehow, I managed to find the hotel reception number where I got to know there was no booking in my name and they told me Hotel is fully operational and functional. I made a direct booking with Hotel Pinky Villa and stayed there for 3 nights. I would highly recommend everyone not to be fooled by the website of Staybook as they are acting as the official website of Pinky Villa. They are scammers..

Photos are far from what you actually get: cockroaches in the room, dirty towels, no toilet paper and the shower drain was clogged...and if it wasn't enough, the manager in turn was rude when I complained about.
