I am a tour operator from Kolkata.Recently I had sent a group of 3 adult persons for a single day stay in this property at Rabangla.But a lady from the hotel management misbehaved with a guest of mine.

Disliked this hotel. Their service is poor and have an attitude problem with their hotel guests. They will fight with you and behave very badly with you if you want to be their hotel guest. You will be able to book the hotel rooms online also. The rooms are clean but neither are the corridors or the balcony. The only good thing which is un expected like your hotel staff behaviour is the view of the Kanchenjunga mountain from the balcony. Bad - Behaviour and attitude of the hotel staff with unclean balconies and corridors. Okk - The room you book, as it's clean. Good - View of Kanchenjunga mountain from balconies.

It was a nice stay there. Hotel staff is so cooperative and have very good behavioral approach towards customer. They are ready to fulfill customer request. They also have arrangements for food and tea in their own kitchen for customers on reasonable charges. I deducted 1 because of low lighting in room which is only need to be improved with proper lighting arrangements. Not accessible with wheelchairs.

Nice hotel rooms, bengali food available, the hotel rooms are good , neat and clean even the room service is also good enough. The rooms are costing less. It is a budget friendly hotel situated in road beside MG marg. They accept card payment and also u can book through goibibo nd other online portals for more discount. Overall a good hotel in this price segment but if they ask more than 600 to 700. Than its not preferable. I got it in very less price through online portal.

We paid 300 bucks per night and this hotel is well known for offering rooms for really cheap rates (at times at Rs. 135 during off-season), so there's not much to complain about. I'll list the pro's and cons. Pros: - At Tibet Road junction, easily accessible - Really, really affordable most of the time! - Appropriate for students and low-budget travellers - Polite staff Cons: (I won't complain considering the price but you should know nonetheless) - Stained walls - Hard to locate the hotel, situated on the 2nd floor of a building - Not very clean linen, floor carpet, overall - Room service is informal They also offer food but I found their menu to be very limited and overpriced so did not try, for e.g. they only offered veg thali with two items and non-veg thali had added omlette for quite a bit of price upgrade during our stay.

Cheap hotel, good for students going for tours. They have rooms where you might get a tv or might not. As experienced from having two rooms, they didn't provide any soap and the bedsheets were dirty. As it was just for one night, we managed to stay. They flush was flowing all time and the toilet cover was broken.

Don't go on the cheapest side of this hotel. If you can spend 100-200 rs. more then please choose any other good hotel in Gangtok. Because if you will try to save few rupees then your enjoy at gangtok will be in sorrow. The worst experience i had by booking this hotel. Although i had read the negative reviews about this hotel but for getting some positive response from the hotel staff i booked this. But all that went in waste. The staff is arrogant and threatens to cancel your booking and search anywhere. I managed any how with them to complete my visit in Gangtok, because at the last moment it became very difficult to cancel and search a new hotel when you are with family. The rooms are also smelling. The main problem is this, that the owner is in kolkata and the staff do not want to perform their duties well.
