A nice and well maintained hotel in Wazir Bagh area in Srinagar. The rooms, food and services are good. Very close to Polo View and Lal chowk market. Only the approach road is not good, rest all is fine.

Worst hotel experience during my stay. This hotels ac drips water in every room. Their bathroom is big but they put a bath stall the smallest they could find. Shower head doesn't work so you have to use bucket. The most important point. Don't eat their food. Me and my partner suffered from severe diarrhoea from their food twice. Probably their kitchen hygiene is not maintained. Lastly the room service is extremely unprofessional. They extremely in need of hospitality beginner course to be done.

One of the best chain hotels in Kashmir. This is my 3rd or 4th visit to their hotels. The location of Srinagar hotel is not good but once you are in the Hotel, you will enjoy their hospitality. Food quality is average. Remarkable place, awesome staff excellent hospitality, truly luxurious, fantastic experience, a place of ideal peace and happiness. Staff members were welcoming and very polite. Thanks to Mr. Tahir and Miss Geeta for making us feel homely. Thank you so much.

Hotel ambiance and rooms are very good. Service is not good. Food is ok. Heating facilities not good. They do have centrally heating panels and ACs as well but whenever power cuts they all shut downs. Which should not happen and should work on GENSET backup but they deny that heaters are not connected to GENSET backup.

Worst hotel in Srinagar. Every ac of this hotel drips water, bathroom shower stall is the smallest, dangerous food poisoning, in frequent use of generator and unprofessional staff. Me and my friend suffered from diarrhoea for 2 days from their unhygienic food. Don't waste your money here.

Wow what a change in the Management: Special Thanks to Hotel GM Ms Mudasir, her management has enhanced the professionalism in the Hotel. Property under her position has gone up in services, room condition as house keeping are more efficient, heating system changed as they have separate room heater available. GM - checks food in the breakfast & dinner time. Lovely stay and best wishes to GM for her hard work towards the Hotel Property. ATB - Aman I see two ways while giving reviewing this Hotel.. HOTEL NAME NOW IS PALM SPRING AS ITS BEEN SOLD OFF TO ANOTHER PARTY. HOTEL ROOMS ARE GOOD BUT!! STAFF IS VERY GREEDY ALSO THEY MAKE YOU FEEL THEY CAN ARRANGE ALL FOR SUCH LIKE CARS AND LOCAL TOURISM. BE CAREFUL THEY HAVE HEFTY COMMISSIONS. BEST TO GOOGLE AND BOOK IT FROM OUTSIDE. HEATING SYSTEM OF HOTEL IS REALLY POOR IT GETS CUTS OFF AS THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE OF BOILER CUT OFF TIMINGS MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GM NEEDS TO FOCUS ON FOOD QUALITY AS IT IS REALLY POOR
