Nice facilities. Infrastructure was not so good but very good services were provided. They did their level best to provide us best services. We required Jain food which they provided with many variety. They serviced us like family members. Great services.
Stayed for one night. Rooms are average hotel is value for money. Gandola ride is at walking distance. No restaurants nearby. Must book any hotel in gulmarg with food only.
Very worst hotel please don't use this hotel and don't book this hotel....very poor service and neatness....all cots and walls are damaged....not even have a proper door lock...not even worthy for the amount we book.... they will on the room heater only for timing.... morning 6am to 10am and at night time 6pm to 10pm...we suffered very much on cold...
Place of hotel is beautiful but very poor service. No body is available at the counter nor service staff. We hv to wait for almost 20 mns for drinking water.

Building is old, stairs to reach hotel are uneven and dangerous, difficult for senior citizens to climb up.
Food is decent, rooms are very small, service is slow and unresponsive.
Manager is untrained and doesn't know anything about hospitality, during my 2 days stay never saw him smiling.
As our checkin was at 2 and we arrived little early, I was expecting a warm smile, some kahwa or at least a warm/wet napkin but nothing, you get none of it, not even a smile.
Only good thing was location.

Wonderful experience. Lovely location with a good and smiling service. Always helpful. The restaurant service and food is outstanding. You ask for hot water to drink and it comes in less than 10 mins to your room. Room service is fast and efficient. Walking distance to gondola. We just checked out today morning and my family has only good things to talk about them. They actually go out of their way to serve us. Would love to visit again.

I stayed here from 1-3 Oct 2023. Rooms are generally good. They changed us to a better room after the first night as it was available.

Beautiful place to stay. Very well located as well. The rooms are cozy with heaters in it as well.
Only 1 suggestion i would give is that the bathrooms can have some ventilation, else gets a bit stuffy.
Staff is courteous, well spoken and prompt.
