Good location, it's fully safety and security and service also good

We have enjoyed three day stay there. No issues. The rooms were perfect, well furnished to our needs, the bathroom was good with all-time hot water availability. Our double-bedded room was beautiful with TV set and one small wardrobe. The best part is their lounge which is near our room. We relaxed, spent some time and moved to our room when felt so. The hotel is also spacious with good amenities. The best part is their hospitality and room server. From 6 AM to 10 PM they were always at our services. Whatever we called for, they met our requirements. The location is just awesome at the entrance of the Police Bazar.

It's an old hotel but renovated recently, rooms are okay but of old design. Don't get the posh feeling. No problem in the cleaning department. Service is polite but not professional. Complimentary breakfast is served between 8-10 am. Don't get late even by 5 mins as they follow the timing very strictly. Generally no kitchen disposed of breakfast within 5 mins, but no one will show any courtesy to even check and provide breakfast. Food is very good, kudos to the chef. Restaurant and bar area is also good. They have events like karaoke night on Thursdays, Dj on Fridays and other events.

Giving rating to this hotel is difficult.....first I stayed with my family in their renovated double bed delux rooms. The rooms are awesome! On 31st Dec night they arranged whole night DJ in their restaurant and I had to shift to a normal double bed room. The room including bed, bathroom everything was horrible!! Somehow spent a night to leave next day. The hotel is located at the center of Shillong and is liked much by business travellers. The entrance is crowded even at 10 pm. If you are a tourist and love nature, do not go for this hotel. But very conveniently located.

Best is the location of this hotel, it is located in central location in Police Bazar area in Shillong town. Rooms are average, service is good, stuff behaviour is helpful. Room tariff is little bit high according to room condition, facilities and service. Bar cum restaurant available in top floor.

Here staffs are very good and helpful. Super deluxe rooms of this hotel is much more better than deluxe . If you are in super deluxe , they provide you free breakfast and free entry in live music , but if you in deluxe then they haven't.

Good only when parties happen, a bit compact but ok enough! Usually entry fees apply when parties happen but sadly no cover charges! Pure drinkers-a bit of loss for u people as the starting whiskey is 100 Piper's n nothing below that...U may go to the opposite bar(sunset) affordable for everything n everyone
