This place is 8km away from the calangute and baga approximately and still they charge higher price for a double bed ac room than the rooms present at walkable distance from the beach like fernandez, swamya, suman and so on. We left those rooms because they were asking for 1300 per night for double bed ac room. I had good experience in 2022 so thinking of that i came and this time they were asking 1600 for double bed ac room. Plus its 8km drive. So daily you need to travel 16 km total plus pay more for same services. Please avoid this. Any how they will reply to this post saying they will address my grievance or i never visited them and there will not be any improvement. But you all are smart people

The stay was lovely. The rooms were so beautiful and clean that it took away our travel fatigue. The staff and services were on point. Definitely a recommend.

Nice clean rooms. Well ventilated, ambience is good. One of the major benefit is it's location, which is in between porvorim and Calangute. Easy to reached anywhere.

t's a very pleasant stay.The stuffs are very good. The food is awesome u can get all type of food.

Everything is good if you are looking for low budget accommodation complimentary breakfast we were served. Cooperative staff, help me with bike rent as nearby do not have any bike rental service.

Rooms are good , no room service given in 5 days stay or not even asked if needed, foods u order comes from there other restaurant ( make sure you check your restaurant bill they put wrong rate in my bill) Breakfast was included in my packages.. it was good 2 times we got in buffet rest 3 days in room Rooms were not ready when arrival

The rooms are good but service isnt.No restraunt in the hotel so u cannot order food.But the prices are quite reasonable and the location is reachable. Overall u will have a good stay and save some bucks. Just make sure u take an advance booking.

Rooms are spacious for couple or for a 3 size family. Geysers. Tv. Ac and lighting is well maintained. Staff is local and helpful. It was good experience for 2 nights I spent there. Value for money hotel. Travelling to hotel can be done with local riksha from nearest highway stop. Travelling from hotel to outside towards the city will need tou to stop passing by taxis on the road. (Show hand and they will stop) waiting time can be 2 mins to 15 mins max. You need to bargain with local cabs for the amount they quote.
