Hotel Pichola Haveli (Lake side) - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

Though located in the heart of the city, the ambience, facility are quite a lot to be improved. People are good but still they have lot to improve in the area of services, managing property and hospitality. Still the food of the Sky Lounge Rooftop restaurant is very good.

Worst experience ever in a hotel with a good location. - Unclean Washrooms & Bedsheets - Food & Drinks not allowed inside the room. (You can't even order from rooftop into your room) - Lazy room service, had to call them 3 times for drinking water (basic necessities) for them to respond. - We booked 2 AC rooms & 1 Non-AC , but guess what. AC wasn't working in any of them.

Pros: Convenient proximity to Lake Picholi. Engaging and helpful Manager Nirbhay. Nice rooms. The rooftop restaurant offers a picturesque view of the lake. Cons: Encountered the presence of cockroaches in the rooms. Despite its proximity to the lake, none of the rooms offer a lake view due to obstruction from a nearby temple. Despite a large geyser, it took an extended time (around 1 to 1.5 hours) to provide a sufficient supply of hot water for two people. Toilet seat cover was broken and it was frustrating to use it. And toilet tissue paper is not provided. A/C remotes were notably absent, necessitating frequent trips from the bed to manually adjust the temperature. Staff appeared to lack adequate training. Inadequate phone network reception in our room, and the floor's WiFi connectivity was subpar. Multiple requests were necessary to summon staff for assistance. Conflicting information regarding guest access to the terrace; while the hotel manager indicated free access, the restaurant staff insisted on a dining requirement, creating confusion for guests.

It was a good experience, we booked super delux room , they provided lake side room , room wise it was big enough to accommodate even 4-5 person easily . Upper deck restaurant 's view was awesome, you feel worth to come. Be aware after 10 am check out time they charge 250rs per hour, yes 250rs per hour. Except that you can consider it for great view from lake side room and upper deck restaurant

An amazing experience of these place!! Also hotel room condition and environment wise so Royal and very Fantastic. Also room service is good!! And very benefits of these hotel is near by amazing place!!

I recently stayed at Hotel Amore and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a great spot with easy access to the city's attractions. . The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. . Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Amore to anyone looking for a Couple friendly comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

It was really good experience.....The owner was cooperative and also room is neat and clean with good old vibes......on top floor there's one Roof top hotel...The Sky lodge it offers tasty food.

If you are looking for location, then it is the best place to stay. Bagore ki Haveli is 10 m away from the hotel. However, rooms were not that good. There was a powercut and hotel did not had any power backup. I had to stay in the room without fan and AC for almost 3 hours
