A good place to relax, chill and get good rest while being taken care. The staff was very helpful with everything and even after checkout. The small garden inside the hotel is a good place to chill out.

Stayed here for two nights it was a lovely experience , rooms are spacious and clean. Overall a very well maintained property.

Value for money - You get what you pay for. Hotel facilities- Personally stayed in deluxe rooms that has overlooking lawn ,swimming pool, spa, gym and massage centers. There are rooms with mountain view too. Big balconies in every room. In house Disco theque with bar. Great amenities in every room - toileteries, towels, heaters,tv,mini fridge, pay as you use snacks, slippers, work table. Service - I went in Oct so housekeeping was apt, friendly and quick to respond. Can't comment on peak seasons. Food - Great breakfast options. Lunch and dinner options is not awesome but good. Location - 300 meters from Manali Mall. Cons : There's a disco/pub named Explosion beside the hotel which has the usual club-loud music playing till late. Might be a problem for someone with sleep apnea with rooms beside the club. Personally, it was a great experience!

Hotel is located at walking distance from Mall road, opposite to Van vihar National park. It has ample parking space. It seems quite overpriced. Pool is not properly maintained, gym is very small, non-maintained and does not have proper equipments. Bathrooms are clean and maintained but have old fittings. Only two small water bottles were provided in complimentary and more are available on chargeable basis. Breakfast was good, rooms are properly maintained.

Love this hotel. % cleanliness. But rooms are bit expensive. Staff is cooperative. Food is delicious and affordable. Make sure if you book a room, have a window room. Swimming pool is neat and clean.

Talking about the hotel, it is situated in a very convenient location. The service and staff is outstanding. The rooms are great too.

Sharing my own experience as we booked the Rooms from 7-9 May 2023. Would like to suggest shortcomings as observed during our stay. Firstly, they don't have any medical kit or even basic medicine such as saridon available with them. When at night I was suffering from headache and gastric issue we called at reception they directed us to housekeeping who denied to have any basic medicine as it was raining outside and it was late night so it was not possible to arrange the medicine on own. Secondly , we deposited the room keys before leaving the room and packing our stuff so that the room is cleaned by the time we reach back to our room but when we reached the room was same and then we had to call the housekeeping again to clean the room which was cleaned and it took around next one hour. Coming to good point was the night live singing session they arranged in their restaurant which was fun and the guest should visit the place for dinner for overnight stay. Amazing hospitality and even more better stay. The staff has been really helpful and just a call away and kept on checking if everything was going well. Amazing property. Much recommended! Thanks again!
