The services of the hotel are superb.. Interior design is very high class and gives it Royal feel. All the staff members' behaviour is too good.... Go for it, guys.

This place is more of a brothel than a hotel . There are many men drinking and trying to find fun. Desperately I was in a situation to visit as brother had work the next day. The receptionist especially is involved in such work he looked at me from head to toe and they started saying a lot of slurs and after which they allocated a room where there are people drunk in the next room and they again said slurs as we entered we felt like leaving the hotel and my brother did not keep quiet after which they hit him and molested me calling racist comments

I have stayed in this hotel for more than 40 days in the last few years and few things that stand out every time. 1. Staff behavior is impeccable. Nancy ji, Maan Singh ji, staff serving breakfast, everyone takes pride in their work. They are polite and courteous at all times. 2. The location is on Orr which makes it highly connected. 3. Value for money. The hotel is priced reasonably and the value you derive from the stay is worth the price. 4. Well Connected: All good eateries are walking distance. Burger King is 10 shops away. Mcdonalds, KFC, Starbucks are a stone throw away. There is a reasonable grocery store next door. There is a super speciality hospital and medicine stores next to the hotel.

One of the Best hotel. Reception was courteous Mr. Fateh singh. Excellent staff Mr. Anand very generous hospitality to remember. Mr. Yashpal smiling face and gentle person. Hotel worthy for stay. Enjoyed & recommended.

In my 25 years of experience, I had to stay in different hotels all the time for my creative business. Starting this off by talking about the evening shift manager, was the rudest man I have ever met. The staff was greedy. The hotels worth was not even Rs100. Even cheap rooms are way better than this. I would have never even gave 1 star as they deserve the number in minus, but it is compulsory. Food in-house is not present, they call it from somewhere in 1 hour distance and it tastes the absolute worst. If the owners are reading, change all the rude, useless and greedy staff. They have nothing to do and don't know such thing as hospitality. If the owner gets this review, remove the FRONT DESK staff, immediately for the sake of the hotel image and reputation of your clients. I will also complain to the party who has booked my space in THIS hotel. There bad behaviour and bad service will recall me many years. And also my other media channels, I will also mention the misbehaviour of the front desk.

Hotel is situated very nice location. Amenities r very satisfying. Hotel staff service also very good. Especially mr.kumar night shift manager very nice person.nice behave with room allocot. Service man radhey also good person in service.
