Hotel idealement place pres des rues commercantes, du mac Donald ou des petits restaurants locaux. Chambres tres confortables et propres. Le personnel est tres accueillant, serieux, toujours pret a rendre service. Ponctuel pour les liaison taxis aeroport ou train. C est parfait. Allez y en toute tranquillite.

After travelling for 2 weeks in Rajasthan and having some highs and lows in terms of accomodation, our 2 night stay at Persona International was easily rock bottom. The rooms are borderline terrible, with the worse mattress I experienced in any hotel, the "hot" water is barely tepid and terrible wifi connection. However, the worse thing about it is the staff, highly unhelpful in any request we had, rude, with no one speaking acceptable English and the "cherry" on top was a bellboy coming to the room and asking me "extra" money on the spot when I asked for a coke bottle from the room service. Also, the restaurant on the last floor is unexistent, even though we were directed to it by the staff, when we got there the only two staff people there just looked at us puzzled. All in all, a really unpleaseant experience. I highly not recommend you to stay here.

One of the best place to stay in Karol Bagh with kashmiri touch. Abid Zargar Sb is so generous that he has created this as a home away from home. Everything is good always. Keep growing
I will not at all recommend this hotel to anyone. The AC for room no 306 was not working and they have given us super premium room 301 where the AC was ok ok. Not at all chilled one and it was in the damaged condition as well but it was working. The shower was not working. Bathroom was very old type and comod is like you have in Sulabh shauchalay. The cost for per night for this hotel should be 600 to 800 for a day. I booked this after all discount which is not at all worth. The navigation is also not correct of this hotel. I have booked this hotel for 2 days but was not able to stay more than 1 day and cancelled the other day booking. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and trust me, this is the true feedback.
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Initially they offered me room no 106 which ends once started, later they provided me room no 102 where both furniture and bathroom are damaged. Somehow I managed to stay for 1 night the next day they shifted me to room no 105 where the TV is not working. They should rename it as "Lodge Persona" instead of "Hotel".
